The Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) has adopted the Federal Excess Property Management Information System (FEPMIS) as the automated property management system that will be used to provide accountability and management for property requisitioned through the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services 1033 Program.

**Commerce Control List (CCL) Items **
Upon title transfer of property, LEAs will consult with Departments of State and Department of Commerce Export Control Regulators about the type of export controls that apply to the item, regardless of DEMIL code. LEAs may request a formal Commodity Classification from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, or submit a General Correspondence request to the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Information on managing exports of Commerce Control List (CCL) items can be found at the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) website
