This is a final 209 for WA-SES-545. Due to a change in Dispatch Centers from CWICC to PICC, the fire is under a new number, OR-UMF-000411, with a 65 person working group under a Type 3 organization. Any subsequent 209's for the actual fire will be done by the Type 3 team. Statistics in Section 45 are for the Type 3 organization.
